Each of us is individual thanks to the genes we inherit and the life experiences we acquire.

It has long been known that our brain can improve thanks to neuroplasticity. Thanks to the changes that occur in it, we stimulate and develop our abilities and adapt to the needs of the environment in which we live.

However, often stress, depression, burnout, aging or other factors (e.g. ADD, ADHD) weaken our cognitive abilities.

To strengthen them, I propose coaching sessions combined with cognitive exercises using the CogniFit program. It is a scientific tool that measures and trains over 20 cognitive skills (e.g. concentration, memory, processing speed, etc.). The interactive format helps children, adults and seniors alike better understand and improve important mental skills.
