TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By using the website of the Institute of Education & Mind Excellence (the Institute) and contacting us by mail or by phone, you indicate that you have read and understood all the following Terms and Conditions and that you agree to all these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

SERVICES PRESENTED BY THE INSTITUTE

2. The Institute presents on its website different services.

3. The services offered by the Institute are performed by the founder as well as by individual and independent consultants (the Independent Consultants).

INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS

4. The Independent Consultants are listed on the website of the Institute (“Team”). Their services and events are announced on the Institute’s websites (including FB, LinkedIn).

5. The Individual Consultants provide their services in the premises of the Institute under their own and entire responsibility.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

6. Clients are asked to make a payment for chosen services, at the latest 8 days before a date when a service takes place or starts. The payment details will be provided to each Client via e-mail.

7. Any cancellations 14 days prior to a date of the event will not be subject to a cancellation charge. Any cancellations up to 8 days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the overall fee payable. Any cancellations within 7 days prior to the event will be subject to 100% cancellation charge equal to 100% of the overall fee payable.

REFUNDS

8. No refunds are possible after a date of the service provided (after the event).

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9. The Client uses the services announced by the Institute voluntarily. The services are provided at the Client’s consent. The Clients accept that they are responsible for verifying that the services are suitable for their requirements and needs.

10. The Client acknowledges the Institute’s right to refuse admission or require the removal of any attendee where there are doubts about identity or if the attendees behaviour is unacceptable.

11. The Client acknowledges the Institute does not take responsibility for and cannot be liable to any loss, damages and claims, which may result from performance, quality and delivery of the services by the Individual Consultants.
